Daily, dawn to dusk. The start box is located at the reservation desk. Please be patient if guests are checking in and/or out. You will need to drive a short distance from the start point to the Sundial Bridge. Driving directions are included with the walk directions. This walk will take you over the world renowned Sundial Bridge, through the beautiful McConnell Arboretum and Gardens and along the Sacramento River. You will cross the historic Diestelhorst Bridge and have many photo opportunities. Look for wildlife on the ground, in the river and in the sky. The 5K walk will take you under the Sundial Bridge where you will enjoy cool breezes along the Sacramento River. Restrooms and water are available along the way. The Sundial Bridge and surrounding areas close at midnight.

The sensory feast is a tradition VivoCity is proud to have yearly and is chereographed by pyrotechnic experts FUEGO21 from Korea. FUEGO21 has choreographed fireworks for events such as the 2002 World Cup Opening Ceremony in Seoul. So come down to VivoCity for this one night only event on 2 December to catch bursts of colours light up the night sky at the Waterfront Promenade.

Art Miami 2009, the Citys prestigious, long-running contemporary art fair will celebrate its 20th anniversary December 2-6th, proudly showcasing a wide variety of art from more than 80 leading national and international contemporary art galleries and prominent institutions. In its 19th edition, Art Miami moved to a new location inside the emerging Midtown Miami Arts District, adjacent to the Miami Design District and Wynwood Arts District. The Fair attracted over 32,000 attendees in a six-day period and was applauded for the depth and quality of its art, including a selection of special exhibitions and curatorial projects, outdoor sculptures and video installations -- all of which appeared within a new 125,000+-square-foot state of the art pavilion. European, Asian, American and Latin American galleries and institutions also contributed unique curated exhibitions in the BlackRock Art Video | New Media Lounge and through additional art projects. BlackRock, the nations largest asset manager, was the 2008 Fairs main sponsor and official host of the VIP lounge. The venue additionally boasted a restaurant offering delectable cuisine and beverages by Touch Catering as well as the VIP Lounge - a second story loft offering a panoramic view of the fair. Ample parking was provided through the use of a new four-story parking garage with 1,000 spots, located directly across the street from the pavilion. Convenient valet parking and shuttle bus service was offered to and from all surrounding satellite fairs and the Miami Beach Convention Center.
