JOIN THE QPAC CHOIR
Something magical happens when a group of individuals sing together, making music so much greater than the sum of its parts. Don't miss your chance to be part of this unique experience.
The QPAC Choir is a contemporary choir for people of all ages. Rehearsing Monday nights, the QPAC Choir provides access to imaginative repertoire, challenging skill development, social opportunities and public performance.
The choir is an initiative of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and is managed as part of QPAC's artistic program. Chorusmaster, Alison Rogers leads the choir and choir members also work with other professional conductors and musicians from time to time.
Auditions are held in a friendly, supportive environment, one-on-one or with a friend. You should complete an audition before making payment. Music reading skills and/or singing experience is considered an advantage, however members of various abilities do participate and are encouraged to continue their musical learning throughout the year.
