Join us in the town of White Salmon, WA for our annual Nights in White Salmon - "I'm Dreaming of a White Salmon" holiday season event, including:
* Breakfast with Santa at Henkle Middle School; at 8:00 am
* Open houses at downtown shops, with snacks, artists and entertainers; from 12:00 pm
* Wassail and Music at the White Salmon Library; from 2:00 pm
* Lighting of the White Salmon holiday tree after 5:00 pm in front of the White Salmon Boatworks; with firepits, S'mores and hot chocolate from 3:00 pm
This event brings our community together to share the sociability and warmth of the season, and we'd love to have our friends and neighbors join us for this "real" small town holiday season kick-off.

Meals on Wheels wants to put a smile on the faces of our clients and make sure that the housebound residents of Edmonton will receive a gift on Christmas morning. Between now and December 11, we will be accepting unwrapped, new gifts suitable for seniors that will be distributed during the holiday season. Gifts can be dropped off at Meals on Wheels on 11111 103 Ave.
The community is invited to come share some holiday cheer and help wrap all the gifts collected. The Gift Wrapping Open House will be held at Meals on Wheels on December 9 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Wrapped gifts and goodies will then be delivered by volunteers between December 16 and Christmas Day 2009.
A gift, a meal, a visit and a smile are the ingredients for a Merry Christmas. Be a part of the Christmas Morning Smile Campaign for Edmonton’s seniors. Your generosity counts!
